Decaffeinated green coffee beans with virtually no caffeine. When ripe, the coffee cherries are picked and go through flotation sorting to remove underripe cherries before passing through a pulping machine to the fermentation tanks. They sit here for 8-14 hours, before moving to the drying patios until down to 10-12% moisture.
