our roots

Birds Hill, Jamaica is the setting for our namesake combining hand roasted speciality coffee and natural blended juices, pastries cakes and plants by Scandinavian horticulturists www.holmflora.co.uk

Our Green coffee imports are ethically sourced from small batch farmers and selected seasonally from around the world. The coffee is then carefully hand roasted by us on site and each label hand written making for a uniquely bespoke roasted coffee experience.

Founded in our 1880’s victorian former factory in the heart of Borough, London, SE1 our aim is to produce and serve hand roasted specialty coffee beans bursting with personality.
